Dedications
A dedication is optional, but you can include up to 3 dedications for a donation. Each dedication should be words like “In memory of …,” “In honor of …,” “With thanks to …,” “Refuah Shleimah to ….,” “Mazel Tov to … on the occasion of …”
If a dedication is to a person who is not a temple member, you may have to give more information on the person, such as “granddaughter of …,” and email or call the temple office (see contact info at bottom left of page) about where to send a donation card.
